Orban proposed 2 solutions at the European Parliament a few days ago : 1) Every Migrant must be pre - approved outside of the EU before entering the Union . 2 ) Europe and America and NATO must keep a direct open line of communication, a full diplomatic phone - digital line , with Russia , to avoid any misunderstandings , to avoid any unnecessary mistakes or accidents. People can hate or love Orban , but these recommendations are so logical , that the question is : Why they don't have them in place already ? During the Cold War, with hundreds of nuclear missiles pointing at each other, Washington DC and Moscow and NATO had always open lines of Communications, so why they don't have that now ? Who is running things today ? Satan ? The Military Industrial Complex War Profiteers? Who ?
