  1. RIP, Jacques Delors. He was a brilliant financial strategist, he realized how important the " Single Market " and the Euro were for Europe , and he was the key to their implementations. The Euro , now around € 1.5 trillion in circulation around the World , has and is making Europe wealthier and healthier, and is with the Dollar , the financial backbone of Western Civilization,and that is why it's hated so much . Young Students should learn from Delors , he got the job done !
