This Manufactured Conflict has forced dozens of Countries around the World to trade directly in their own Currencies without the Dollar and even the Euro , a real unnecessary disaster . Diplomacy is the most valuable tool. Europe needs 200 Gigawatts of Solar, Wind, Hydrogen ,Batteries, Chargers systems across Europe , from Portugal to Greece and 10 large Electric Vehicles & Batteries Factories . a) One smart move is to ask Elon Musk and Tesla , as well as others , to set it up, but Musk does not even use ties around his neck, so Brussels fashion show would reject that . b) Venezuela old and broken Maracaibo - Orinoco Drilling and Transportation Infrastructure can be fixed and upgraded by EU Companies and EU Skills in 18 months , at € 59 a barrel with Solar , Hydrogen and Infrastructure on top, since EU Industry needs Coal, Oil, Gas for Fertilizer, Steel, Aluminum, Foods, Plastics , Medicines , Clothing, Auto, Building and Chemical EU Industries and Factories ,EU needs time to switch .
