In my opinion 200 Gigawatts of Solar Electricity and 10 gigawatts of electrolysis hydrogen energy by 2030 and with 15 million Electric Vehicles plan must be made a reality , all of Europe must coordinate to avoid waste : Coal and Internal Combustion Workers must be re - trained and Capital smartly redirected . EU should distribute millions of Training Videoconference Tablets & Laptops with cheap Data plans to get skills up to speed : E-commerce , Augmented Reality, Clean Energy and new financial and energy apps. Congratulations !

Fact is China CCP and PLA subsidized drone manufacturer DJI with at least € 40 billion over the years , their new HQ are a whole Research and Developemt City with thousands of Engineers and Technical Workers building and testing drones , now DJI controls 85% of the Global Markets and they are very advanced on Personal Transportation Drones as well as writing the Code and Algorithms for Anti Collision , Recharge, Business and Payments Methods , etc. Europe cannot afford to be meek and shy , Europe must be part of the Personal Transportation Drone, not to mention the Refueling Drone as well as Security and Defense, etc. as well as own Semiconductors, in my opinion. EU old methods to research and theory for years and years , instead of testing actual products have been a failure , Europe is behind Asia and US on most Technologies , even when it invented the Helicopter, the Gyrocopter , the internet and the web with US, Europe does not have even own Cloud products, it uses others Clouds , so they get spied on daily, sorry but some one has to say it. It's time to move forward at the speed of light .
