In my opinion this was a business deal , and Ch. Merkel revelations that the Minsk Agreements were a Lie and the West was organizing a War against Russia proves it . This War is the biggest Criminal Organized Profiteering Scam in modern History.

But the key question is : Will Europe demand that all the Components, all the parts and systems are interchangeable? So that any and all Electricians and Technicians and Parts manufacturers can work and supply all Systems ? Otherwise it will be a nightmare to service and repair, much more expensive to purchase and service , and it will take many more Funds and years to become a continent - wide industry .
