  1. RIP . Pr Carter installed Solar Panels on the White House Roof , he was ahead of his time . He gave back the Panama Canal to Panama , which was all build and pay by USA Taxpayers, to build friendship between Panama & USA , now the CCP & PLA wants to control it. The Panama Canal was originally designed by the engineers working for Charles V of Spain in 1534 ,and it was started by France Engineer Ferdinand de Lesseps in 1881 , and fully completed by USA John Findley Wallace and others in 1914 . An incredible Project , with the conditions at the time, it was extremely difficult and dangerous .
