The US Congress is voting on $40 Billion for Ukraine next week , " House approves $40B in Aid for Ukraine, " The Hill, and Senators Paul, Hawley, and many others are demanding an Inspector General, since they will send the most sophisticated Shoulder Fired Missiles, Advance Explosives, Military Stingray - like hacking devices , etc. to one of the biggest Weapons Smuggling Markets in the World right now, a formula for disaster for Europe .Why would any Congress member be against an Inspector General supervising the Funds, so none goes to Weapons Smugglers ? Because as Rep. Roy says :" This is a slush fund for the State Dept." , in other words : Nuland , Hochstein, Vindman and all the Warmongers want a free hand to start Chaos and Wars all over Europe , like a Maidan Chaos on steroids. In my opinion, EU & US takes control of these Funds and Weapons , or all hell will break lose in the EU, what the Neocon Oligarchs want to bankrupt Europe and buy the best EU Assets at bankruptcy prices, very cheap.
