This is what deserves a full Euronews Investigation : " What happens to all the Foreign Aid € millions to Kiev ? " , but sadly " they " will tell you to never talk about it again.

Now do Luhansk and Donetsk , they are all Ukrainians , ethnic Russian Ukrainians , they are not second class citizens, let's remember Kiev was the Capital of Russia for hundreds of years and they all were part of Russia for many years . Euronews must be impartial , not one sided .
