In m opinion, the IMF and WB must tell the Youth that they must build the Electric Vehicles and Batteries of their "Clean Energy Society" themselves , they can't just pick up the phone and order a "Clean Europe" from China and charge it to their Credit Cards or their Parents account , they have to build their own Electric Cars themselves....in a Factory .

The IMF and WB must explain to the Youth, in plain language, that first EU and other Economies must switch their Transportation to Electric and Hydrogen for Heavy Transport & Machinery , and then start switching from Oil, Gas , Coal and Nuclear to Clean Energies like Solar, Wind , Wave, etc. If EU starts ending Fossil Fuels use now, the cost of Electricity will be so high, it will bankrupt the EU, forcing EU Countries to use all the Pandemic Recovery Funds on paying for expensive Electricity ,instead of rebuilding their Economies and install Solar , Wind, Wave, Batteries and Hydrogen Systems everywhere along EU smart Electric Grid. First make everything Electric , and then get off Fossil Fuels, not the other way around or EU will go bankrupt , which is what the Oligarchs want so they can buy all EU cheap , at bankruptcy prices, again !
