In my opinion that Zelenskiy and the Neocon Oligarchs behind him, the same ones profiting from this War in the € billions , are insisting that most Ukrainians use the proprietary application Diia to vote in next presidential elections, is absurd and illegal, and demonstrates that Kiev is run by un - democratic Oligarchs and Gangsters . The Diia application controls all the Bank accounts, deposits , salaries , purchases, permits applications, Personal Data , Health, etc. from most Ukrainians, and no one still knows who really controls the Source Code and who controls the Vote Servers. And all this financed by EU & US Taxpayers, using borrowed money , sometimes from the same Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Bankers that are profiting from this cruel War that has turned Ukraine into CANNON FODDER. The 2024 Elections must Vote on this criminal scam, in my opinion.
