In my opinion is a good idea to compensate the Victims of the Russia Occupation, as well as the Donbass Minority that has been under attack since 2014 , all of them must be compensated, in my opinion. The Council of Europe has nothing to do with the European Union Governance , and many questions their purpose and credibility . The EU is run by the European Council , the EU Parliament and the EU Commission. Many Europeans complain about the links between the Council of Europe and all the Big Companies involved in this absurd War between Christian Ukrainians and Christian Russians.
