Amherd , Switzerland: In my opinion since ex- President Zelenskiy term expired in May 2024, according to the Ukrainian Constitution the President until the next Democratic Elections is the Head of the Ukrainian Parliament: Ruslan Stefanchuk . He is the only one who can sign any Legal and Binding Documents , Treaty, Sovereign Debt , Funds Obligations , Bonds, etc. From the incompetent and corrupt Brussels politicians we can expect ignoring these Legal Facts, but Switzerland is not a puppet banana country, it's a great Country run by the Rule of Law . If Switzerland accepts any Document signed by ex - President Zelenskiy, it will be illegal and unconstitutional to enforce it later, since it has no legal value , and this can be a huge Legal Problem for Switzerland years down the road. In Brussels it does not matter , it's just a clown show, but Switzerland goes by the Law . Thanks !
