  1. In my opinion EU Funds must be distributed by the highly paid men in Brussels , Frankfurt and Strasbourg , with EU Video Cameras in tow streaming the wonderful news . Giving these Funds to NGO's is absurd , the Funds must really help Woman, Elderly and Children , the EU must watch every Euro. What a great opportunity for the young elite Diplomats in Brussels to get out of the heavy partying , lunches and dinners and make -up and fashion events and get to the action and gain some real experience .
