The Palestinians must vote Hamas and Islamic Jihad out ot Gaza and the West Bank, and they must realize that the 41 kilometer Gaza Beach Front Property is worth € 20 billion Euros at least if they build Apartments , Resorts, Hotels, Piers , Marinas , Water Sports and Shopping Centers and Typical Street Markets for Local Foods , Crafts, Music, Services for Tourists and Visitors along the 5 blocks close to the Beach , with nice places to eat , relax , and view the Mediterranean and enjoy the mild weather year round . It can be a source of Income, Interest, Jobs, Pensions , Health and Wealth and Education for all Palestinians. They must vote Hamas out and build their new future .
