The Oligarchs are also bankrupting America , where shortages of Russia Ammonia , Potash and Urea for fertilizers and chemicals , etc., are sending prices of Foods and Corn, Soy , Rice and Wheat through the roof , and Diesel and Gasoline has never been so expensive since the 70's Saudi Arabia & Gulf embargo , when America has 45 billion barrels of Oil and Gas on the ground .For American Workers and Industry and Farmers , the Neocon Oligarchs are a total disaster .
