Just the EU Capital Markets Union will be worth € 2 - 3 Trillion Euros in 7- 10 years , making possible for Europe to borrow € 1 trillion for Digital Development and Robotics Factories with Alternative Energies . Europe has everything, except talented , skilled and honest Politicians and Bureaucrats .
