If selling these refineries to Rosneft in 2015 was irresponsible and naive , the new " Kiev Security Compact " that Rasmussen ( ex NATO ) and Yermak want the 27 EU Countries, the G7 and NATO to sign is the ultimate money and power grab by the Zelenskiy Oligarchs : It forces EU to support financially forever the Kiev Oligarchs, makes EU responsible for the full Security of Ukraine, no matter what they do , and gives Zelenskiy and Yermak and their Oligarchs direct access and control over EU Funds , basically puts Kiev in control of EU Foreign Policy and NATO Weapons and Funds decisions , they get the keys of Brussels Money and Weapons , while the Europeans who pay for the whole thing , can only watch and can't complain . Only a little baby or a retarded and senile person would agree to that level of abuse and surrender , so logically most in Brussels can't wait for the 27 to sign it . Europe needs and wants new LEADERSHIP right now !
