  2. In my opinion that no one in these Meetings reports on Ch. Merkel revelations that the Minsk Agreements were a Lie and the West was organizing a War against Russia since at least 2014 to bankrupt that Country and steal their Assets, technically and legally makes this War a Criminal Fraud. In my opinion the German Government is within the Rule of Law to reject any more involvements until all these matters are technically and legally resolved , this War shows every day more clear signs of being a manufactured Criminal Scam , no doubt about it , without going into another side deal : The dubious Deal between Zelenskiy and Fink of Blackrock to manage the EU & US & Donors Funds for Reconstruction, the whole scam is pure corruption and self serving .
