In my opinion many are lazy, others are wasted on Alcohol and Nicotine , or Hashish and Xtasis, or Heroin , and others can't find Jobs due to absurd Work Regulations, Unions Regulations , etc. Fact is millions of Young People spend their days and nights talking about Climate Change or Global Warming , but Europe has a shortage of 200.000 Solar Panels & Systems installers , a shortage of EV & Battery Manufacturing Workers , a shortage of Agrivoltaics Workers and Trainees , so the problem is some Youth likes to sit at Cafes , Bars and Clubs complaining about Global Warming, but they are too lazy to actually do anything about it, they use it to get dates and party , not to build actual Solutions . Europe must start massive Apprenticeships Programs in Clean Energies Installation , Agrivoltaics, Desalination, Manufacturing, etc.
