Putin but for all Europeans : Russia is European, European Security demands Russian Security , after insisting in Respecting Ukraine integrity while moving Minsk Agreements and Normandy Format forward. Kiev and London Oligarchs are outraged since their business as intermediaries depend on Europe and Russia not talking to each other like friends, but as enemies . If Europe and Russia talk directly and Trade with each other , London Oligarchs can't make money as middle men and selling Weapons and Bonds to the 2 sides .Also the London "shorters " will lose € billions if Europe and Russia trade like friends . Will Europe get the message from Pr. Macron ? --- Kiev Citizens saying that Foreign Aid never reaches them is the key : The Oligarchs are stealing everything.
