From Algiers to Lagos , a Road with Fiber-optic cables , water and electricity , they must install Solar panels and Batteries all along to support Economic Activity, Shops and Farmers and Craft Markets as well as small and medium Businesses and Factories. A Gas pipeline is next, good for the local residents. Since in a few years it will be very busy, Authorities must make sure there is space to expand on all sides to include side roads for local Business and Stores and to make turns, as well as for pedestrian and bicyclist and joggers , a grand avenue with palm trees and terraces and lovely local restaurants and shops, a vibrant local economy.
