Like Europe, Latin America wants 300 Gigawatts of Solar , Wind & Batteries Arrays, and South America has all the Minerals needed , as well as 200 billion barrels of Oil, Gas to extract the Chemicals needed to build them locally. In my opinion the War in Ukraine was designed by the Neocon Oligarchs behind Zelenskiy and Fink to bankrupt Europe , Ukraine , Russia and America and in the Chaos take over the best Companies , Assets and Lands from all of them , as well as their Digital Currencies, it's the biggest organized criminal scam in modern History.
