Germany and Europe should be building millions of modern Heat Pumps , very efficient for Heat and Air Conditioning in most weathers , instead of spending € billions in a manufactured War because Zelenskiy refused to give basic Rights to the Donbass Minority and to profit the Oil , Gas and Weapons Companies, it's lobby's and the Oil Sheiks. Europe must make sure all Heat Pumps share protocols and standards so everyone can work on all of them and all parts are interchangeable, so the Industry grows and Jobs expand locally. Can Europe do at least that ? As the expert says in the video , these tank technologies are 40 years old , now mini & micro drones can insert devices in weak spots and make the whole pile of metal useless.
