  1. The Recovery Plan is an excellent project . Recent events prove EU must expand Clean Energy faster , on a massive scale , many Experts agree EU must manufacture and install 150 - 200 gigawatts of Solar, Wind, Batteries Systems from Portugal to Greece , and build 10 large Electric Vehicles & Batteries Factories, as well as a full Semiconductors Foundry Network of Digital and Analog solutions, all of it at a cost of ~ € 750 billion , and all Experts agree a new dedicated Bond Program is justified. The transition must pick up speed and cover all aspects .EU must be bold !
