  1. The EU Parliament and Commission must realize that 450 million Consumers and Citizens demand their own Chip Foundries , their own CPU & GPU & NPU solutions . The News that Intel will delay Germany and Poland Factories means Europe must be 51 % Stockholders in AI Semiconductors Foundries , where the EU Youth and Workers must learn to build new AI Additive Manufacturing Solutions , new Machinists Products, new complex parts, AI Computational Design software. Every EU Kid must start learning how AI Chips work, how Electric / Hydrogen DRONES work, how Agrivoltaics work, etc., or Europe won't make it . Starting next year the World is going to be much more complicated, not manufacturing own CPU, GPU, NPU Chips inside Europe is a terminal mistake, in my opinion. And that is also why the Neocon Oligarchs want to start WW3 inside Europe, and stop Europe from building it's own tools and defenses.
