  1. Chips for America Act still waiting for Congress to vote on it , ~ $52 billion to upgrade the US Chip Industry so it can compete with Asia and in Global Markets. It's been a year and they still have not voted on it , while it took Congress 5 days to put together a multi - billion package for UKraine . In my humble opinion, this is the definition of criminal high treason. Bernie Sanders and Robert Reich have been lobbying against the Chips for America Act , it's too costly they say , while they voted for the UKraine package within hours . Why ? They want all the US Chips made only in the Middle East to control Users , like the charlatan Cramer on TV, they wanted Intel to sell all it's US & EU Factories , except the Middle East ones , and become a licensing Company, leaving Intel without Factories except the ones in the Middle East. Shame !
