In 2021 the Neocon Oligarchs pushed the plan to install Long Range Nuclear Capable Missiles inside Ukraine near the Russian Border, and no one in Brussels, Strasbourg and Frankfurt demanded an end to it, that failure and Zelenskiy rejection of all PEACE Proposals by EU, US, UN & Vatican is what pushed the incompetent Putin to invade. Zelenskiy rejection while huge Oil,Gas & Weapons Contracts were signed must be investigated, in my opinion.
