  1. Training , Languages , Manufacturing & Cyber Skills are the key points out of the Porto Social Summit , in my opinion. It's obvious every European must carry an instant translator in their pocket at all times until multi-language levels are achieved. This proves also that linking all Europeans with smartphones + tablets+ laptops is a priority, not just for Training & Videoconference ,but to prepare EU to their own DigitalEuro apps and NFT's, Blockchain and similar future Technologies to maximize their work and talents. Every Day that all Europeans are not cyber linked is a wasted day in terms of added value, in my opinion .
