The real Operation is to make Europe very weak and take over the European Union Agencies and it's best Companies , & EU Funds and EU Weapons : Load the EU with Debt , take these Debt Funds to Kiev and to the Oligarchs sites ( BVI, Cyprus, Belize, Cayman , Gibraltar , TelAviv, Seychelles, Bermuda , etc. ) and leave the Debt and the Interest payments in the EU. The real agenda is to take control of Europe and take all it's best Assets and Companies . Brussels is clueless .
