Here the EU is extremely slow and faltering , who is holding up this vital EU progress ? Who ?

EU vital Transportation Electrification demands a full financing of a smart Integrated Electric Grid as well as Standards for Electric Chargers, Batteries , Refueling of Hydrogen, Services, Repairs , Parts and full ADAPTERS & TRANSFORMERS , etc. Hydrogen Paste and Liquid standards , etc. , for Supply and Transport must be agreed on.

From new Space Broadband & Galileo satellites to new EU Cyber Units to Electric Vehicles & Batteries and Integrated Smart Electric Grid to Hydrogen and Wind+Solar Sea Farms to new Composites and new Jet Engines & Avionics and to growing Food Crops using Air & Solar Power , it all must connect to the core : The 450 million Europeans , & using Euros in new digital ways to maximize their Work . The smart way is to distribute 200 million Training Videoconference Tablets & cheap Data plans so every European can access all the Knowledge and all the DigitalEuro & E-commerce possibilities to lift the local Economy , lift the Internal Markets that support the EU. Cost ~€ 35 billion.If in the end , all the Investments are not e-linked uniting all the EU , they will be useless or worst : Used by the warprofiteer Oligarchs to control EU and it's assets, like in the past .
