Another potential abuse is the case of Nvidia buying Arm Holdings for $40 billion, a monopolistic disaster that would let Nvidia offer China a chance to strangle EU,USA, Taiwan ,SKorea, Japan,etc. Computer Industry for Commerce , Health ,Military ,Energy ,etc. , https://www.eejournal.com/article/competitors-squawk-at-arm-nvidia-merger/ , a solution was suggested years ago: a group of Companies buys ARM so everybody gets fair access to their chip architecture . Also since Nvidia & Arm compete in GPU's, this merger is absurd. The end game is CCP controlling ARM licenses while top executives make € hundreds of millions & destroy EU+US+Asia Tech Industry , since Arm goes into 85% of Smartphones , Auto Industry , IoT , Cloud , Sensors, etc. In my opinion , this deal is a disaster for Consumers & Industry.
