  1. People are horrible and their families are asshats. Nurses are always short when the hospital need to save $ they always get cut. Nurses are spread too thin. They are waitresses social workers psychologists. I'm a nurse worked from 1977 to 2015 it hasn't changed at all .......always short handed. We need a nursing Union if the staffing is dangerous the nurses can legally walk out til they find the staff to make it safe

  2. I worked ICU was charge nurse unit secretary and took 2 critical are pts on the respirator hourly fluid reports and the second was a new post op nephrectomy it can't be done right. I quit the hospital before I lost my license
