  1.  @ParanormalPat  Because Luigi's case will be in New York. New York doesn't allow cameras. The hope is that the case gets moved somewhere else.

  2. Is the delay because they can't find a Grand Jury that will agree to a trial, maybe? I'm not sure how it works. If I understand it right an initial Grand Jury has to decide if the case goes forward to a proper trial. Maybe they can't find a jury that will do that?

  3. I hope Luigi's trial is moved somewhere where they allow cameras. New York courts don't allow cameras.
