Removing the dislike button will make me watch Youtube LESS, not more. The reason is that I use Youtube for learning, instruction, and information videos. If I can't find the best Youtube videos for the things I want to learn, then I will get the info from another source, such as articles, blogs etc. instead. I will not sit through poor quality Youtube videos and waste my time. Without the dislike button I will not be able to tell if the video is worth my time or not. I will not watch any videos at all in that case.
