  1. As someone who has reported various videos and channels over the years, reporting does absolutely nothing. If you report something it will still be there days or weeks later. Also, there is a certain unwanted Youtube channel that has popped up in my Recommended list 12 times (literally, 12 times), despite me reporting it every time. So telling Youtube to not put things in Recommended doesn't work either. Not only does Youtube not care. I think Youtube is actively driving poor quality clickbait content to the top. I can't wait for a Youtube alternative to come along. I would love to ditch all the trash on Youtube.
