  3. Could be. The USA isn't announcing everything they are sending. Some other countries have also completely stopped reporting what they are sending, for security reasons (suggesting newer, better stuff is coming from those countries). So there might be some surprises in the various shipments.

  5. @T D Your comment is very confusing and doesn't make sense. Of course Ukraine will do a counter offensive. Ukraine has plenty of vehicles, and they will get tons more when the lend-lease kicks in. The entire civilised world is pumping in weapons, missiles, vehicles, ammo, you name it into Ukraine. Fascist terrorist Ruzia is essentially fighting the entire West, without the West actually having boots on the ground. There is no way there will not be an offensive.
