  2. You should get EU candidate status, IMO. Joining the EU can take years (it has for some other countries), but you should still be a candidate. You can get more help then.

  3. Except Hungary is mostly useless when it comes to helping others. They don't have much of a military. You could include Serbia too, but they're also mostly useless.

  4. As a Swede I hope that if(when) Russia attacks us we will get help from most of the Nordics, the UK, the US, Poland and The Balts. AND THEN I hope Sweden will send at least half our air force down to Ukraine and kick Russian arse. Germany and France would clearly not help Sweden. They would just tell us to cede the area, most likely Gotland since we already know Russia wants Gotland. Fcuk Germany and France. Their appeasement of Russia is DIRECTLY endangering my country, because appeasement makes Putler more inclined to attack somewhere else.

  5. I'm not Greek but my guess as to why Greece wants to stay in the EU is due to Turkey. As for the Eastern countries liking the EU it's most likely to get as far away from the Russian threat as possible, for obvious reasons that we can see now. Those of you who don't live next door to Russia don't seem to understand these things. What is happening right now in Ukraine could happen to ANY neighbour of Russia. And we who live with this threat know this.
