@Jake Broe Artur probably meant a US condo when he said apartment, even if he bought it and doesn't rent it. I think we call condos apartments here in Europe. Or "flats", if you are in the UK. The term condo is less well known in Europe. We would say "I bought an apartment", or "I rented an apartment". It's the same word for us. 🙂 Thanks for the interview.
