  2.  @catpaladin1  Judge Merchant has already decided that closing arguments will be next Tuesday. He makes the court's rules and could have ended this nonsense by tomorrow really but for some reason he is delaying the inevitable as the jury likely made up their minds on the first day. This case isn't rocket science, all the evidence was written down.
