@dparks3784 I want to cry because I see two human beings who once shared a life together as children and after 35 years the one who made it did not shame him for stumbling but instead expressed compassion and encouragement to him. (She seems to be exactly that person, we are all fortunate that she is a judge.) No wonder he changed his life after that, I can relate to exactly how he felt in the courtroom at that revelatory moment. I also refuse to believe this meeting was a coincidence; something inside me feels that a higher power not of this Earth put these two souls back together.

@bluekitty7838 yes, he did. He became a successful businessman who made the people he stole from whole.
