Ryan Is Too Based anyone who has read the Constitution understands that the Electoral College is not legally obligated to vote for the winner of the popular vote in each state, that is something that the political parties have created over time. The Founders wanted a fail-safe system to prevent the popular election of a demagogue like Trump. Electors can switch from Trump to Clinton and only face a $1,000 fine, which I would gladly pay.

  4. Maxime Laneville right, and based on the fact that she won 2.5 million votes at last count she should be the President of the United States, hands down. 85,000 white farm boys should not have been allowed to hand this lemon the White House.
