  3.  Keith Jones  yes. You cannot get a pardon for state crimes. DA Vance was already burned once and AG James is no Trump flunky. SDNY is itching to burn them all but won't move till they know Trump lost the election. Also pardons can be rescinded if they cover up commission of a crime.

  4.  Keith Jones  I only know what has been reported about this family since at least 2010. DA Vance had the opportunity to prosecute the entire family over the Trump Soho RE scam but didn't, allegedly because he received a campaign contribution from the family and they weren't politically powerful yet. In addition to the illegal payment in the Stormy Daniels affair, there is numerous evidence of bank, tax and wire fraud regarding the Trump Organization. Federally, no charges will be filed until Trump is out of office, hopefully in January.
