  3. sadly, the USA is not a signatory to the International Criminal Court. Other non-signers are China, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Qatar, and Yemen. This is why President Bush 43 could not be prosecuted for Iraq war atrocities.

  6.  @Stoffmonster467  wrong, it was designed to hold countries accountable that violate international law or commit crimes against humanity. The USA intentionally did not sign because it did not want to be held criminally responsible for such acts as Iran 1953, Vietnam and Cambodia, Chile 1973 and the Iraq War, among many others.
