I actually had a roommate in college that came from a rich background, went to an expensive private school in hs and his parents were both medical doctors, he never worked and his mom paid his rent in college but this dude just sat at home while my other roommate and I went to work. Tell me why this dude would always be short on rent talking about “hey who didn’t pay the rent, knowing that it was him 😂 we literally had to sent proof that we paid our amount and he would always be short or late on the utilities 😂 you can be rich and stingy too, very irresponsible, he would spend the money his parents gave him and not be able to cover the full amount 😭 increasing our utilities bills by turning on the heater or ac and watching anime and playing video games all day instead of going to classes and wasting his life 😮 this was around Covid-19 too, imagine the stress?!!!

  79. @ we actually got in a fight and he left without paying rent and we contacted the police and he basically went MIA for 6 months because he had a warrant out for his arrest, never showed up to classes and eventually moved to another school after that which was 2 hours away, and didn’t pay the rent and we had to scramble for his side of the rent, we worked at Walmart at the time and had to pick up extra shifts just to make the rent, we explained the situation to the property manager and they acted like they cared but just wanted their rent even with the police involvement, we managed to pay rent on time and handled our business like young adults, one of the hardest things I ever had to do, and 2 months after we got another roommate, a couple, we had problems with them too, they worked but we dirty, cheap, and nasty, like they would reuse cooking oil for 2 weeks just to save money on oil 😭, they eventually left and they didn’t pay last month rent so we had to scramble for that too, and we were so pissed off, after those two experiences my friend and I decided to live with our parents and save ourselves the stress until we had enough money to live on our own. I’m surprised many young people were not raised right and lack morals and decency. But everyone these days are out for themselves even if that means getting over on others just to make sure they’re good. It’s a cold world 🥶

  121. Return to office is not about control, this whole new work from home thing really started because of Covid, Covid is over now and people want the same privilege to work from home. If Covid never happened, these people wouldn’t be talking about wfh as a federal employee, they got used to wfh that’s why. They were fine communicating to work when that was the norm, now they’re not because they’re used to wfh. I give it a couple years and they will acclimate to the norm. And for your information company productivity is much higher when everyone is in the office collaborating in person than online. I know how hard people work when there is a boss present vs when the boss isn’t present, there is no comparison. A lot of companies sold or rent out their corporate buildings to things like coworking spaces post covid, or swapped them for residential properties.

I was in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada for an intensive speech therapy program January 2024, and I met this friend there, but I noticed when I would post on my story of me hanging out with my friends and eating, she would be extremely envious of me, fast forward, she was broke as hell so she asked me for money to buy wigs, like what 😂 you broke and you asking a stranger to fund your lifestyle?? To this day, I had to block this person on ALL social media platforms because she lacks boundaries and she even stocks my pages because some are public just to see what I’m doing, like she even wanted to start a YouTube channel but gave excuses when I wanted to help her film the video, these type of people will literally talk all the game, and not perform at all, extremely lazy and entitled, then when it is your turn to shine, they’ll be the ones hating and being envious instead of focusing on their life and improving it, they’d rather talk trash and be monitoring you. This person even had the audacity to ask me to marry them for a work visa because they were Nigerian and couldn’t find a job in the USA 😂😭 man some so called friends I swear 🙈😩

Most people don’t want to band together to take care of parents needs, I’ve seen this with my own siblings even on little things like if my mom car wasn’t working, they would argue and be stubborn and not try to get her from work in the night, and many times I would be stuck to get her, and it’s things like that. Many Children don’t want any inconvenience when it comes to parents, but they would gladly tolerate inconvenience when it comes to friends, the double standard is real. Anyways, I’m moving 45 minutes away from my family, got tired of the nonsense and wanted to focus on building my own life. I think eventually I’ll live in Europe or something, if they’re doing this now, just imagine when she is 70 years old. She’s still mobile and healthy, she’s only 51 years old.

Hey, yes TikTok creators have settings that allow other people to use their content and make reactions to their videos, it’s called a stitch on TikTok and you have to follow YouTube guidelines for using other people’s content by reacting and giving your thoughts in the videos. If you follow YouTube guidelines and reach the minimum threshold for monetization and YouTube approves your channel, you can monetize your channel. I’ve seen a lot of new channels springing up with similar content just because they want to make money not because they liked the content and enjoy creating it, these people’s channel won’t last because it’s a lot of work to constantly upload and come up with ideas for videos long term

I was actually having a conversation with a friend of mine and I told her that even if I don’t get a corporate job, at the end of the day it’s the same money that pays the bills so whether you work in a warehouse and a second job or corporate, you’re still working for someone. I’m also an algo trader and want to put more money into my account that earns on average 5% per month, if I can just get the account to 100k, I can be in a great spot. My overall goal is to travel to cheaper countries and live my life. Total location freedom.

Some of them will even hit you up after they see your ads, I have 2 of them I currently work with now, as you saw from the video, I can create a more detailed course on this once my blog is up, but overall once you get good people to consistently buy from in your area, you will start to consistently earn a lot of money. You basically get a price sheet from a wholesaler and you base your prices that you buy products for around that, so let’s say the wholesaler is buying a specific 100 count test strip for $100, then you would buy it from another person for about $80, then resell it to the wholesaler, shipping fees are high so make sure you stack up your supplies before shipping

For content creation, the only channels that can be fully automated are reaction channels, the rest can be partially automated by creating scripts and generating ideas and uploading videos. Since I react to TikTok videos, video downloads and compilations can be automated, downloading my videos, translating them to scripts and making a blog outline can be automated, and I’m going to start working on a stock project as well that takes hedge fund and family office stock picks, curate them into a list, do financial analysis and sentiment analysis for each stock/etf/mutual or index funds, and produce a healthy portfolios of winning picks backed by institutional investors. So every single stock will have hedge funds money in it, which is much safer and better than just doing it by yourself, because you’re putting your money where other people have put millions and we have the research to back it. I’m very excited for that project. It’s similar to copying politicians trades but those companies don’t do financial analysis, it’s just blindly following politicians, for me I will use a baseline of institutional trades, then do the research behind it.

  1082. I don't celebrate rich or poor people but have had the privilege of a balanced life and point of view. I grew up in a city outside of Denver called Littleton. I grew up poor and I had friends from all financial sides of life, poor, paycheck to paycheck, middle class, upper middle class, rich, and very wealthy. I have seen it all. For example, I had a friend who came from Sudan, and his family was poor just like mine we were close friends, and I had a soccer teammate in a league who lived in a nice part of Evergreen Colorado, and lived in a mansion, and his neighbor had a Lambo, I had family friends growing up that were upper middle class, their dad was an executive at a top bank, nice house, etc. I have seen it all, and people think the way that she does is that she hasn't been around very wealthy people, so her world view is skewed only to the view the media shows, which is very problematic. All of those friends and family friends I mentioned had good character, very hospital, and generous, from the poor all the way to the extremely wealthy. Obviously, I am not in support of people abusing their influence and power at the expense of others but to demonize a certain group of people just because of what they have is not something I take lightly either.

I work as a security guard in an office, I patrol every two hours for about 1 minute and I come back to my desk and sit down until the next patrol. I’m able to study, do hw, work on my code for startup ideas, search for YouTube videos and helping to develop my website with my team so that I can start blogging and potentially earn from that as well. Get a job that is not draining and allows you to work on your own stuff while doing your job.

This is the new role because in the future, these will replace humans by doing specific tasks, but you need people to build them, update them and manage them. The old coding you’re talking about is basic software engineering which is slowly becoming obsolete. Even me, I’m learning how to build ai agents and I’m working with a team of developers to build a stock portfolio creator based on financial analysis of the stock picks of the top hedge funds and family offices and managerial economics projects applied to business financial data to get deeper insights into business decisions from a profit and opportunity maximization perspective instead of just financial analysis. With coding, you can build your own projects not just work for other people, that’s the beauty of skills.

  1372. It’s not only food that is consumed, entertainment is consumed as well in the form of content, whether that’s a Netflix tv show or TikTok compilations. And a lot of people use content creation as a stepping stone to reinvest and produce other products that people consume. A perfect example is when Mr Beast Created his candy company, he used his YouTube earnings to reinvest into a company that employs people and makes delicious chocolate 🍫. For content creators, it’s not the end, it’s the beginning. Even for me now, I am working on 2 content creation products, and once those are finished and automated, I’ll be working on an expensive, difficult stock project to attempt to even the playing field between the rich and the poor by assisting the average Joe with stock investment analysis. This requires A LOT of time, and money to do.

Yeah I got into crypto a bit, but I had a 10k student refund in 2018 that I spent a large amount of it on a stupid penny stocks course, I could have gotten in the early stages of Solana, and Polkadot, and even ethereum but I didn't and now I regret it, I was in a lot of groups that knew a lot about crypto, I would have been worth about 1-2M by now if I had invested and spent the money wisely. But I will get back to it and grow my portfolio and overtime, I know that I will get there. I plan to invest 2-3k per month in crypto and fx.

After the plane ticket and the Airbnb which is cheap in some parts, it’s definitely doable. Remember the conversion vs the usd is typically lower in other countries so the dollar goes farther.
