  2. Traction bars or ladder bars,Used to stop axle wrap!! Helps with putting the power down. And those are hooker super comp long tube headers, most likely has a shift kit in it, this is one beautiful survivor, best would be numbers matching motor trans. Also iv been working on cars for 20+ yrs and have always used the glass fuel filters and never had a problem!!! Placement is key!! Mine are on top of the intake with about a 10' piece of fuel line to the carb. Most people let them hang over the exhaust. Or put them down below the motor. Where it doesn't go!!!!! Heat drys out the rubber gaskets on the ends. Also get rid of the flex a lite fan

  5. I knew it would run!!! its actually really clean in there. If the hood is not open most the time it sits its relatively dry and unharmed. I would pull the drive train and keep it, And then pull the box off of it and make a nice little dry workshop its perfect for that

That car is fully worth $18,000 at the lowest possible dollar... those guys were trying a fast one on the lady to get a clean car for $8,000!!! Absolutely DO NOT PAINT THAT CARthe patina and awesome green on the sides are so bad ass, that car is actually in great shape for a resto rod build, some sick wheels maybe some light nice speed parts, I garentee she's ok for a little more power, iv seen way worse as a daily driver !!!!! You do great work Chris I think this is a good platform for a channel toy!!!!! Not to expensive

  11. Chris dude you still scored at 5,000 of that lemaones. She is a factory ss with the wheels, center console shifter dual exhaust it should of had a 4 barrel carb. In hindsight its a great start point for a weekend cruiser. Or a good flipper for a couple to take home. That car is 7,500 all day long dude

  16. You can always take a 4x4 sheet of hardy panel (concrete board) and use it behind the stove iv got mine like that for the last 5 yrs,with raging heat no problems ever, no over heating works awesome and was a cheap heat sheild

  18. Spic n span was a cleaner similar to pinesol from the 60s so to say thing were pic n span meant super clean and fresh !!!! Dude that bike is on really good condition in alot of places it counts, it's worth throwing a few bucks at it and make it good again !!

  20. One thing most people nowadays don't know is with the ford's they hold like 14 quarts of tranny fluid 7 in the torque converter and 7 in the pan. If you don't have enough the ford trans will burn right up just tryin to move it in the driveway. One major problem for that car is its sitting under a pine tree and pine is highly acidic, so bad for the car like dipping it in break fluid

  28. Dude you always do a great job, was a good idea to roll it over by hand, and clear the rings !!! When it's that buried and it's free and rolls just send it!! It's very cool to see how many motors are actually still ok inside!!! The airboat was crazy bad. I will say one thing about the old caterpillars they run forever you could find that 100 yrs from now and it would still fire up and be fine
