  1. I had a Lada Niva come in once, when I still did that for a living, customer wanted a new heater core because coolant was leaking on his front floor. I had a quick look and found that it was just a leaking heater tap, so I changed it, thinking how happy the customer would be that he didn't have to pay for a heater job. My reward when he came in to pick up his car, was to have to crawl through the skip bin out the back to find him his old heater tap. Couldn't help but thinking, why didn't I just do what he originally asked for ;)
