@notme2day Actually makes more sense than DNA in this instance. Then again, even facial recognition has to be matched to a database....

@Alltagundso They both require a database, same as DNA. Unless they have one of those things on record, they can't use them. If the guy had a criminal record or something, then yes, they would have him in the database. But apparently he didn't....
