  2.  @Obamnaz  Ah, you mean for the documents? Well that's where you're wrong. If your theory is correct, then tell us why Mike Pence wasn't also indicted? Here's a clue: Both of them had the documents when they were authorized to have them, in the role of their duties. Both of them for whatever reason, failed to return them. It's assumed that both forgot they had them (Sloppy but hey). Both acknowledged they had them and voluntarily returned them, as soon as they found them. There was no INTENT to steal them (Which you need, for a theft case). Also, they didn't hide them, or lie about their existence, or refuse to return them, like IQ45 did. No obstruction of justice. Biden's age and forgetfulness was mentioned in the report but it wasn't the sole reason he wasn't charged. If Dumpy hadn't obstructed justice and returned his documents like Pence and Biden did, he wouldn't have been charged either
