  1. Nobody expected her to rule that JS's appointment was illegal. That would have meant she would dismiss the case, which could then be appealed. She only entertained it as yet another delay tactic. No applause from me

  2. Damn, I was actually hoping she would rule in favor of trump and dismiss the case. Hear me out though - if she did that, JS could then appeal the decision, which would almost certainly mean she would be removed from the case. She's not as dumb as she makes out to be. She's employing trump's delay tactics, pure and simple
