@marckaufman2556 Garland could and should have acted much faster, and all this would have been taken care of by now. He stalled and stalled until it was no longer possible to keep stalling. Now Cannon is doing the same, and it seems as though these stall techniques are coming from all directions at the moment, in all his cases. I'm getting a strong scent of corruption....
